§ 1

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of Wayman Sp. z o.o., which specifically covers the regulations concerning the protection of personal data and the security of other data provided by third parties.

  2. The terms specified in this document have the following meanings:

We - Wayman Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Piotra Skargi 14/2, 81-375, Gdynia, Poland, NIP: 5842715630, REGON: 221229740, enrolled in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIIIth Economic Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000386817, with the share capital of PLN 123,600, e-mail: contact@wayman.pl, phone number: +48 882 907 648;

    2. Website - the website at https://wayman.software, as well as all its subpages and other websites owned or administered by Us.

    3. Parties - You and Us.

    4. You – the individual who provides Us with their personal data.

  3. GDPR -  Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

 

§ 2

DATA ADMINISTRATOR AND RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

 

  1. We are the administrator of your data within the meaning of the GDPR.

  2. We process your data to the extent, time and purposes indicated in each case in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data.

  3. Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data.

  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  5. We may refuse to delete your personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on us by law.

 

§ 3

DATA PROCESSING ON THE WEBSITE

 

  1. In the case of persons who visit the Website but are not registered users, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall apply in accordance with the currently applicable version available on the Website. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of the terms.

  2. If you fill out a form in which you provide your personal data, information on data processing can be found under the form.

  3. We respect your right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure protocol for encrypting communication at the registration, login, use of the Website (SSL).

  4. Personal data provided on the Website are treated as confidential and are not visible to other users, except for authorized persons.

  5. In connection with the processing of your data, we may transfer your data to a third country, while maintaining the highest standards of data protection and respecting the provisions of the GDPR.

  6. We may subcontract the processing of your personal data as part of providing ICT service or storing data on the server. The subcontracting takes place to groups of recipients: CRM-type systems, CMS, email marketing systems, analytical systems.

 

§ 4

DATA PROTECTION IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

 

  1. During the recruitment process, we process your personal data to the extent communicated to us, in particular through one of the websites selected by us for posting job offers and matching employees with employers.

  2. All consents and information regarding your personal data are provided by you within the aforementioned services. If the processing of your data by us requires additional action from you, we will inform you of this by e-mail.

 

§ 5

DATA SECURITY

 

  1. We use technical and organisational means to ensure the security of your personal data and to protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure or access, to the extent required by generally applicable law. The information is stored and processed on servers with an adequate level of security measures, meeting the requirements of Polish law.

  2. Entrusted data is stored on hardware and servers in properly secured information storage centers to which only authorized persons have access.

  3. We carry out activities related to the processing of personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on us by the provisions on the protection of personal data.

  4. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and have access control in place so that we minimise the consequences of any data security breach.

  5. We regularly test the security of our systems and we have implemented a backup procedure.

  6. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate. Data processing is entrusted only on the basis of relevant contracts.

Cookies

 

  1. We use the following cookies:

    "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website and maintaining your session on the Website;

    "functional" cookies, enabling you to "remember" the settings you have selected;

    "advertising" cookies, enabling you to provide you with advertising content more tailored to your interests;

    “statistical” cookies, enabling the collection of statistical information about visitors to the Website.

  2. The website uses cookies. The cookies that are processed analyze anonymous information about the use of the Website. These are tools for web analytics - our proprietary solutions or external ones that we implement on the Website. Cookies help to improve the functionality of the Website and adapt it better to the expectations and needs of visitors. Both tools collect anonymous information, record website trends without identifying individuals. Like many other services, these tools use their own cookies to analyze the activities of visitors. These cookies are used to store information, e.g. the time of starting the current visit and whether the visitor has been to the website before, from which website he came, what screen resolution his device is, how he navigates the website, etc.

  2. The privacy policy is effective from July 1, 2023 and supersedes previous documents on the protection of personal data.
