The remote support service for our clients allows us to connect directly to Wayman at client’s desk.
Thanks to remote assistance, Wayman consultants are able to quickly diagnose and solve the problem reported by the user.
The remote support service is provided from 8 till 18 CET. To use the service please follow steps given below:
1. Contact the Support Team by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
or using the form in the ‘contact’ section: https://wayman.software/en/contact/
2. Wayman consultant will afterwards contact the user in order to
determine the most convenient date for connection
3. After establishing the date of contact, Wayman consultant will send you the connection instructions and our remote support program.
