Lucas is a professional, certified PM who gained his experience in project management working for leading Dutch and US companies. The most unpredictable project in his career was the “Costa Concordia wreck removal”, where Lucas has proven his organization skills.
Lucas loves to help people and organizations and he has all what is needed to do it right. Lucas likes sport and travelling, meeting new people and socialize, and all of this and more is part of his work in Wayman.
PIOTR BILON

Piotr developed his career from the designer in polish shipyard to a top management positions in international corporation. Although focused on Wayman he is still a shareholder and board member in a few design and software companies in Europe, USA and Far East, and he is a real enthusiast of WAYMAN.
The experience gained in the board of one of the largest multidisciplinary engineering corporations in the world has not wiped out his natural entrepreneur attitude, what is clearly visible when facing a potential Wayman user. While not helping to build an efficient management systems based on Wayman Piotr likes boxing with huge guys and walking with his tiny, little dogs.
MARCIN KONSTANTYNOWICZ

Marcin, the man behind the code, has a natural ability to develop simple, effective and powerful software solutions.
It is unbelievable how fast Marcin can turn ideas into the brilliant systems, and how his involvement increases Wayman functionality. It is really fascinating how Maricn and Piotr are completing each other sentences when it is about future of the company or business visions and understanding the value of life. Marcin is also a family man and an active football fan, that keeps him in a great shape.
MATEUSZ ZBOROWSKI
CMO & SALES DIRECTOR
Mateusz has many years of professional experience in sales management and sales strategy building, business development and technology consulting in various industry sectors.
He has participated in the digital transformation of companies in the utility, energy and construction sectors.
He represents the company at conferences and debates as an expert on the digitization of project enterprises in ERP, BIM and CDE.
As a partner and board member of WAYMAN he leads sales of solutions for the engineering and design industry. Responsible for acquiring strategic clients such as ORLEN and PGNiG.
A mathematician by education. Interested in financial markets, personal development and sales psychology.
