From creating an Agreement with a subcontractor, assigning specific tasks from the project that we want to delegate to a subcontractor under the agreement, to planning and executing settlements with the subcontractor.

In this recording, we analyze the selected year of work of all employees of the company who were involved in the projects. The report on the timeliness of the work performed allows you to analyze the adherence to the deadlines for the implementation of individual tasks by specific employees, while the report on the hourly budget exceedance allows you to analyze the planned hourly budget in relation to the implementation from the same angle.
